Syu Syu and I went for a site visit yesterday.
We went to Cocoa Boutique!
It’s Malaysian made chocolates using Belgium recipes.
The chef is local but trained in France.
No, the chocolates aren’t ewww. As a matter of fact it’s surprisingly yummy.
The Cocoa Boutique’s Entrance. Syu’s my model.
The Chef and his Chocolate making Machines.
That chocolate machine is currently carrying 60kg of milk chocolate and it doesn’t stop running unless you want to replace milk chocolate with dark chocolate.

Finger biscuits about to be coated with hot milk chocolate.
Wonderfully coated and about to enter the cooling pit which will take about 7 to 8 minutes
Anyway, I tasted a few chocs here and there and my favourite was their special durian chocolate.
Trust me, it’s not yucks! It’s delicious and it’s also one of their best sellers.
It comes in white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate. Wanted the dark chocolate but they were out!
Milk chocolate and white chocolate.
Duriannnnnnnn *licking lips*.
I think I am heading back to the boutique for more of these yummies!
